Bible Fellowship
Burnet Thompson                                                                                                    Room 300
The primary objective of this ongoing class is to study the scriptures in depth with the goal of incorporating Biblical truths into contemporary life. This fall, we will be studying the Pastoral Epistles: 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, and Titus. These letters are considered unique because they are addressed to individuals rather than churches. They contain counsel on the organization and leadership of the early church.

Explorers Class
Jim Cromwell                                                                                                            Room 306
Using the Adult Bible Studies curriculum developed by the United Methodist Church, this study is an ongoing Sunday School class that covers topics on a quarterly basis. The Fall quarter, titled “God Created a People,” will study the book of Genesis. From the creation, through the patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob), to Joseph and the migration of the Israelites to Egypt, participants will discover how God’s people were created, increased, and then recreated. John Wesley’s commentaries on the designated scripture reading are always available at each class.
