ANNANDALE UNITED METHODIST
CHURCH LIBRARY

     Adult and Juvenile books are located in the Library Annex located in room 211A next to the church office. There are over 5000 books in the Library. They are arranged in numerical order according to the Dewey Decimal System as follows: 000 General, 100 Philosophy, 200 Religion, 300 Social Studies, 400 Philology, 500 Natural Science, 600 Useful Arts, 700 Fine Arts, 800 Literature, 900 History, Biography, Fiction, Story Collection, Local History, Reference, Periodicals and Video Tapes.

     Adult and Juvenile books are located in the Media Books may be checked out by signing your name and date on the card in the book pocket and placing it in the box on the book cart. Books are to be returned to the cart in two weeks.

     Adult and Juvenile books are located in the Media A card catalog is located in the library in the Media/Library Center. Books are catalogued according to title, author and subject.

CHILDREN'S LIBRARY

     Children's books are located upstairs in Room 312. To attract children the library has a Noah's Ark theme which includes a boat, animal chair covers, stuffed animals, special pillows, rocking chairs and tables.

     Three are over 1,000 books. These books are arranged as follows: 200 Religion, Christmas, Holidays, and Fiction. Fiction books are shelved by authors.

     Books may be checked out by signing the child's name and date on the card in the book pocket placed in the box on top of the shelves and returned in two weeks to the basket located on the shelves.

     The children's book catalog is located in the Media/Library Center.
